Limelight Property Management is owned and operated by Lu, who has over 25 years experience working within the property sector in Exeter and Devon, from residential sales and lettings to commercial acquisitions for companies such JD Wetherspoon.  She has also worked overseas selling holiday accommodation in Cyprus.

Following the successful start up of Limelight Cleaning completing holiday let/changeover cleans, Lu was aware that there was a need for a local "agent" with expertise in Management, Cleaning and Hospitality to assist several of her existing clients with the management of their holiday lets, in particular Airbnb.

Since Airbnb launched and took off in the UK during 2010 Lu has personally hosted in excess of 50 guests in her own property, her first being a young student from Japan, who booked to stay with Lu for a month via Airbnb on a Bed and Breakfast basis for £40 per night in her spare bedroom.  Lu and has managed over a 1,000 successful bookings for clients in and around the Exeter area and having hosted numerous guests herself, stayed in numerous Airbnb accommodation and managed bookings for clients for over 10 years her knowledge and expertise is second to none!
